Eric was instrumental in helping our junior high school and high school boys with their various class studies, both during and after COVID. Their test scores and class grades vastly improved and they would be behind without his aid. As a plus, Eric was very flexible with our boys’ varying schedules and was a pleasure to host at our home for his tutoring sessions.

My son really connected with Eric. He’s creative in his approach and found ways to inspire that worked wonders. After a few months with Eric, my son tested so high in math, reading and science that he not only got straight A’s, but also was accepted into one of the three highest-ranked selective enrollment schools in the state.

Eric is a fantastic tutor. He listens and understands the needs of each of his students and customizes his teaching/tutoring plan accordingly. My son loves how he teaches. When Eric introduces/teaches new math concepts with him, he continues to do so throughout time. This method is vital for learning, and allows him to truly grasp each concept.

He also makes the time each week to fit us in and come to our home, where its comfortable for my son. I can’t ask for a better tutor. My son took his HSAT with confidence and is now preparing for his entrance Exam for De La Salle. We are very excited.

Eric was really fantastic. He worked around our schedule most of the time and if he couldn’t, he made sure to give other time slots for in-person and/or virtual sessions. He works well with kids by creating a lighthearted and easygoing environment for them to learn and ask questions. He also gave study questions for practice and would go over them when the next session came up. We definitely will be coming back for more tutoring, if need be.

I highly recommend Eric for tutoring your child. He is professional and willing to work with your schedule. His rate is fair in comparison to others. Eric tutored all 3 of my children and I appreciate how he would be encouraging when they would get an answer wrong. I strongly feel my children would not have done as well on exams and understanding content without his assistance. I also appreciated how he would give us (the parent) feedback on how my child did after each session.

My daughter has been working with Eric for a few months and we have noticed a significant difference in her level of understanding the material. It was actually noticeable after their very first session. Our daughter has ADHD and struggles with staying focused in class, as well as with other tutors, but Eric has been able to keep her engaged and has even been successful with 90-minute sessions with her. That has NEVER happened with another tutor before. She has scored 100% on several quizzes/tests after meeting and studying with Eric prior to taking them. This has not only impacted her overall grade in the class (currently an A), but more importantly, Eric has had a significant impact on our daughter’s confidence in math! Eric has been tutoring my 14-year old daughter for a year. In that time, her grades have improved considerably. Eric has worked with both my daughters; one who is a current 10th grader at Jones College Prep and the other in 8th grade, who has dyslexia and ADHD and is preparing for the last of her standardized exams for entrance to high school. The results have been extremely impressive, with double-digit gains in test scores for both kids. Aside from being a kind person, Eric is flexible, in that he has been able to build a strong rapport with both children, who are diametrically opposite in personality and learning style.
